Depending on the features you use, Voyager may process account details such as your name, email address, and user identifier; precise or approximate location; photos you capture or select; prompts and generated guide content; device and IP identifiers; product-usage analytics and diagnostics; and purchase, credit, or subscription status. Journey history, including generated facts and scripts, is also stored locally on your device so you can revisit it.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to authenticate users; identify landmarks; generate location-aware guides and audio narration; show nearby places and place details; process purchases and subscriptions; enforce credits, rate limits, and fraud protections; diagnose crashes and performance problems; and understand how Voyager is used.
Service Providers
Voyager relies on service providers to operate its features. These include Supabase for authentication and backend services; Google services, including Gemini, Places, and Firebase; PostHog for product analytics; RevenueCat for purchases and subscriptions; Mapbox for place discovery and mapping data; and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim for location context. When you use a relevant feature, submitted images, location context, account or device identifiers, analytics, diagnostics, or purchase information may be transmitted to the providers needed to perform that feature. We do not sell your personal information.

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, despite safeguards, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.
